Majd Aljumaa
Founder & CEO
Majd leads Nexera24 with a focus on product excellence, digitalization, and scalable technology. His experience spans global organizations such as Shell, as well as product‑driven companies looking to design, build, and evolve digital systems that support real business operations.
His expertise includes product strategy, digital transformation, AI‑enabled solutions, software development, and aligning business goals with technical execution.
Majd completed his Master’s degree at the Technical University of Berlin, one of Europe’s leading engineering and innovation institutions. Being immersed in Berlin, a global capital for startups and entrepreneurship, strengthened his strategic thinking, sharpened his product mindset, and shaped the way he approaches building digital products.
As CEO and Head of Product, he ensures that every solution delivered by Nexera24 is strategically sound, technically robust, and built for long‑term value. Outside of work, Majd is a professional table tennis player, reflecting the discipline and precision he brings to leadership and product decisions.
Chuck Mousli
Co-founder & COO
Chuck leads Nexera24’s digital strategy, marketing, and growth direction.
He has worked with platforms such as Adjust and consulted for AI‑focused companies, supporting them in areas ranging from digital marketing and performance strategy to positioning, messaging, and growth planning.
His experience includes:

Our journey began during our student years, where resilience, adaptability, and problem‑solving were part of everyday life. Those principles shaped how we approached challenges then, and they continue to define how we build, think, and operate today.
From those early beginnings, our work expanded internationally. Today, we support clients across Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, helping businesses compete and grow in fast‑moving, high‑expectation markets.
